Home Nations Entry News - posted January 14, 2011

Letters to invite applications have gone to the 30 highest qualified UK and Irish handlers (except Scotland 31). These lists have been agreed by each National Trial Committee and any questions can be referred to the relevent National President. Some nations have included the name of a judge who was officiating at a National Trial and thus was unable to qualify. For all except Scotland, the POS (position) column refers to the position gained in each day of the National Trial; identical positions are ranked by points. For Scotland the selection has been made from the 16 team members and then a draw of all who competed at the National with a dog on 18 qualifying points.

The top 21 may be assured of their entry being accepted. For those of higher ranking an entry is encouraged because more places my be allotted to the UK and Ireland, as the Rules for 2011 allow, and names above may not enter. Entries must be posted to the ISDS Office and be received by 31 March 2011. Successful entrants will be notified by 30 April. Please note that all handlers may enter one Alternative dog at an additional fee of £100.00 and additional HOME NATION entry forms may be downloaded here.
